Depending on your preferred delivery selection, your order can take between 1 and 5 working days for UK deliveries. If longer delivery times are anticipated this information will be shown on the product information for the day's offer. Delivery to certain areas including Aberdeen, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland - may take longer than our standard delivery times stated.
For deliveries outside of the UKorders will take between 7-10 working days depending on location.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with details of the courier and a tracking number so that you can keep up to date with delivery progress.
Yes, the billing address that you provide must match the information on your debit/credit card account but you can request that your items are delivered to your workplace or another more convenient address.
Yes, all of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery.
Please note that the purchasing of confectionary and chocolate destined for warm climates or during periods of heat wave in the UK, is done so at your own risk. We are not able to refund any cases of softened confectionary or chocolate.
