The following Frequently Asked Questions should help answer any queries you have about the Brands you Love for Less Rewards Scheme:
Do I need a Poundshop.com account to earn Rewards points?
Yes.
To start accumulating Rewards points, you first need to register for an account with Poundshop.com. Once you have an account, you will automatically be enrolled into our Brands you Love for Less Rewards scheme. Then, once you have placed your first order, you will immediately start earning Rewards points that will be added to your account. The more points you earn from completed orders and actions, the closer you will become to our fantastic discount voucher rewards.

How do I amend my personal details?
You can easily change and amend your personal details by visiting your Poundshop.com account. Once you have signed in to your account, you will need to select 'Account Overview', this will then redirect you to a further page in order for you to update your personal details at your leisure.
How do I earn Rewards points?
Once you have signed up for Poundshop.com account, as long as you ensure that you are logged in each time you order, you will earn 1 Rewards point for every £1 spent with Poundshop.com (excluding shipping).

I have followed Poundshop.com on social media, but I haven't received any Rewards points?
In order to receive Rewards points for following/liking us on Facebook and Instagram, you will first need to sign in to your Poundshop.com account. Once you are signed into your account and on "Account Overview", you will then need to select "My Loyalty Points" found in the left hand menu and then further select the "Earn Points" option. Once you have done so, a menu will appear where you can follow/like us, followed by other ways you can also earn Rewards points.
The Rewards points earned from doing so, will shortly be added to your Poundshop.com account.
How do I check the balance of my Brands you Love for Less Rewards points?
Simply log in to your Poundshop.com account and then select “My Account”. On this page, you will need to click “My Rewards Points” found in the menu found on the left-hand side. By doing this, it will then direct you to your Rewards points balance as well as your complete Rewards points history so that you can keep track of how you are doing at your leisure.
How do my Brands you Love for Less Rewards points get added to my account?
The Rewards points that you have earned will be added to your account for each order or action that you have taken. You will be able to track the complete history of how you have earned your Rewards points and your points balance from “My Rewards Points” found under "My Account".
Why haven't the points from my order been added to my account?
Please note that your points may take up to 14 days from your most recent order to be shown on your account.
How can I spend my Rewards Points?
Simply log into “My Account” and then select “My Rewards Points”. Here you will find a discount voucher that will be awarded once the target number of Rewards points has been met. You will need to collect 100 Rewards points in order for us to award you with a £3.00 discount voucher. Alternatively, if you chose to continue saving to earn even more Rewards points, for just a further 150 points, totalling 250 points, you can earn yourself an additional £7.50 with a £10.00 Rewards voucher! It is as simple and straight forward as that.
Please note that only one discount voucher can be used in a single order.
Is there a minimum spend in order to use my Rewards points discount voucher?
There is a minimum spend of £30 to redeem a £10 Rewards Voucher to checkout with £20, or a minimum spend of £30 to redeem a £3 Rewards Voucher to checkout with £33 (excluding delivery).
Can “Brands you Love for less” Rewards points expire?
Yes your Rewards points can expire.
To avoid disappointment make sure you regularly check your points total in order to take full advantage of the vouchers you could acquire once your targets have been met. But don’t worry, we will notify you within 14 days of your expiry date so that you can make those last minute savings before it’s too late.
Please note that your Rewards points will only remain on your account for a rolling period of 6 months from the date of your last order. If you make a purchase after that; so 6 months or more post your last order, your Rewards points will return to zero. All Rewards points lost due to inactivity cannot be rectified.
I’m an existing customer from Poundshop.com’s previous Rewards scheme. Will my be points be transferred?
Your Rewards points will have been changed purely to reflect the difference between the old and the new points schemes. Under the old loyalty scheme you were rewarded 3 points for every £1 spent, compared to the new Rewards scheme of 1 point for every £1 spent (*).
Although your points have been reduced, whether you are about to redeem your points or you are still working towards your Rewards points target, we can absolutely guarantee that you will either be in a position to spend your Rewards points far sooner, or you will be rapidly reaching your next Rewards target under our new Brands you Love for Less Rewards scheme.

EXAMPLE:
Just as an example, our customer Jessica, had already accumulated 1,000 points under our old scheme, for which she would have been entitled to a £10 discount voucher. Under our new scheme, Jessica with her 333 Rewards points (1,000/3) will not only be able to claim her new £10 Reward Voucher by redeeming just 250 Rewards points but she will already have a balance of 83 Reward points towards her next Rewards Scheme target.
